You agree to provide and maintain accurate information relating to your account, including a valid email address so we can send you account related notices. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you, ourselves or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
Premium content is available through a subscription or one-time payment options. Payments will be managed by our payment partner paddle.net who also issues the invoices and payment confirmations via email.
By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any taxes. Your subscription will continue until terminated. You can manage your subscription and billing information through your account settings.
To use the service you must have Internet access and a streaming ready device, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. Payment methods via our payment partner paddle.net include PayPal and Credit Card. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method.
You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period. To cancel, click your profile icon when logged in and click "Manage account". You can then visit the "Subscriptions" page from there or on mobile devices you will find the "Subscriptions" option via the three dashes icon in the top left corner. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically convert to a free account at the end of your current billing period.
To see when your premium membership will expire, click your profile icon when logged in and click "Manage account". You can then visit the "Subscriptions" page from there or on mobile devices you will find the "Subscriptions" option via the three dashes icon in the top left corner. Without prejudice to the right of termination for cause, we may cancel your account by providing one month prior written notice. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your running billing period.
We may at our reasonable discretion change the price of our subscription plans from time to time to reflect the effect of changes in the total costs associated with our service. Examples of costs elements that affect the price of our subscription plans include production costs, costs for the technical provision and distribution of our service, customer service and other costs of sales (e.g., billing and payment, marketing), general administration and other overhead costs (e.g., rent, interest and other financing costs, service providers and services, IT systems, energy), as well as state-imposed fees, contributions, taxes and duties. Any price changes will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you. You can cancel your membership at any time during the notice period to avoid future charges.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You are responsible for all content you post and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
