Website Hosting & Server Logs

This website is hosted on our own server infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you visit this website, Hetzner automatically records technical access data in server log files, including:

IP address of the requesting device
Date and time of the request
Name and URL of the requested file
Browser type and version
Operating system
Referrer URL (previously visited page)
Amount of data transferred and HTTP status code

This data is processed solely for the technical operation and security of the website. It is not merged with other data sources and cannot be used to identify individual persons.

Supplemental Notice for our Mobile Application My Kung Fu Cloud

This section applies to users accessing our services via our iOS and Android mobile applications (the "Mobile App").

Companion / Reader App Model: The Mobile App operates as a companion viewing client. You cannot create a new account or purchase subscriptions within the Mobile App. Access is granted exclusively by signing in with your existing account credentials created on the web at mykungfu.cloud.
Billing and Payment Information: The Mobile App does not process, handle, or store any payment or financial transaction details. All payment processing, subscription handling, and invoicing are conducted securely on our web platform via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, subject to Paddle’s privacy terms.
Information Collected via the Mobile App & Legal Bases: When using our Mobile App, we and our service providers collect technically necessary data:
- Authentication & Video Streaming: Session tokens (processed by Clerk) and playback metrics (processed by Mux, Inc.) to deliver your subscribed content (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract).
- Device Information & Diagnostics: Device model, OS version, crash logs, and load times to ensure stability and troubleshoot issues (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in ensuring secure and reliable app operation).
Device Permissions: The Mobile App requests only the operating system permissions essential for its core functionality (such as network access and background audio playback). We do not access your camera, contacts, precise location, or microphone.
Account Management & Data Erasure: Because accounts cannot be registered within the Mobile App, all account configuration—including updating credentials, managing subscriptions, and submitting requests for account and data deletion—must be completed through your profile on the web platform at mykungfu.cloud or by contacting us directly at hello@mykungfu.cloud. Requesting account deletion on the web permanently removes your personal information and training progress across all platforms.
